So far an excellent experience, I haven't installed the hitch yet and am hoping the kick sensor for the rear tailgate still works.

Received the hitch in a well timely fashion and it fit perfectly like a glove. Installed on a 2023 lexus nx 350H Packaging was good but only issue I was not happy with was the powder coating job. Had lots of bare spots with no paint and because i could not leave it this way i put primer and paint on those areas before installing.

Exactly what I ordered as new vehicle design. Now to install it. If that was as easy as ordering it. But looks good and from the picture in the installation document looks like the only thing showing will be the 2 inch recepticle.

Very satisfied with my new hitch. Delivery in Canada was very fast 2-1/2 days to my door. I watched a YouTube video first and took about 1 hour to install the hitch by myself. Installation was fairly easy. I just took my time and used 2 jackstands to gradually move the hitch up into position then bolted it on. With an extra person it would have been about 1/2 hour to install. I've not yet done the wiring, but that is a simple harness and looks easy.
