Angus M.- BC, Canada 16 Apr 2025 I called Kurt support on Hitchweb's recommendation because the wiring didn't work on installation. Mike helped out with some advice (a second fuse to be installed on the 2025 CR-V that wasn't required on the previous '19 and '21 versions) which solved the problem. I called back to confirm that the advice worked. Another guy answered the call and I suggested that if Mike's advice had been in the instructions for my specific model and year, it would have save me a call and worked the first time. This was met with an explanation that there were a lot of options year to year and they couldn't cover them all in the instructions. Not what I would expect for something that is supposed to be designed for a specific model and year when you order by specific model and year. They need to do better.
