Trailer hitch was exactly as described and fits my car perfectly. The installation steps were thorough, although the pictures in the document could have been a little better, but it was easy enough to follow.

Shipping was fast. I ordered the hitch on a Monday and it was delivered from AB to BC on Thursday the same week. I also used the live online chat for a couple of questions I had and the response was immediate and helpful. Shipping was free for purchase over $100.

every things fit just fine, the wire fishers for bolts and plates insertion works very well. Good paint thickness and finish.

I RECEIVED THE ORDER IN THREE DAYS. THE INSTALL TOOK SOME TIME DUE TO THE TIGHT FIT BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD.

The shipping was unbelievably fast. I ordered the hitch and 2 days later got the shipping conformation and it arrived that same day. I'm not used to that kind of service in Canada. The hitch fits perfectly and the mounting hardware and instructions are first rate. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The hitch fit awesome no complaints what so ever. The wire harniss was vary easy to instal. The only down side was having to hard wire it to the battery. Other then that grate product and was deliverd to my door extremely fast.

The product was high quality and installation instruction and hardware was top notch.
