Contacted customer service to determine if I would have any additional shipping fees since my ship to location was on the list of "possible" additional charges. Talked to friendly agent who assured me that I was in a location that would have free shipping. As far as I can tell, no shipping fees and order shipped in a reasonable time.

The hitch does not fit, and needs to be replaced. It is warped or out of alignment. I cannot get all 4 bolts to thread and shops refuse to touch it.

Good info available for each product. Good suggestions for additional products that go with the main product ordered.

Fast delivery good product

Delivered BEFORE projected time and it was FREE! That's great. All positive so far - a '10' out of '10'. Installation is next Monday. The hitch is advertised as 'bolt on and no drilling'. I'll reserve judgement until it's installed on that front.

Ordered Curt Class 3 Hitch and wiring harness for new 2017 Rav 4. About $1100 less than the Toyota dealer wanted and took me about 2-1/2 hours so I guess I made about $400 / hour. The hitch came Friday after ordering on Tuesday so I was on the water by the weekend. Great products and Great service. I highly recommend Hitchweb for your towing equipment needs. PS.. dont forget to order the pin for the receiver, had to run to Canadian Tire ---- no biggie though.

Great Hitch-Fit my 09 Rav 4 perfectly. Put it on myself with youtube and instructions they came with it. Bought a torque wrench for $20 at princess auto so I can check and tightened on a yearly basis. Great customer service and arrived quickly in a box in A1 shape vs other vendors that ship out with out a box that can get dinged and scratched.

I ordered the hitch for my RAV 4 on Friday night. I received notification from Fed Ex on Monday that it would be delivered on Tuesday, which it was. I installed the hitch myself the following day in about 1 1/2hours, without any problems. I followed the clear and simple instructions that came with the hitch assembly, in concert with a You Tube video. It is the first time that I have used Hitchweb.com and am completely satisfied with the product and service.
