The package came quickly. The hitch was a perfect fit and easy install. The light kit was tricky and not so easy to install but worked out fine. Instructions for lights not 100% clear on what access panels and how to open them without breaking plastic. Overall I would recommend hitchweb without a doubt. ??

This item came in three days with full instructions. A miracle in itself. Installation using supplied instruction was a breeze, the tow hitch was in place in 40 minutes, all holes perfect alignment and looks like part of an original installation. The price was great, I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on wednesday morning, first thing. The on-line video showing how to fit it was great and I fitted it in about 2 hours. The only con is that I called and left a message asking for a tracking number, but the call was not returned. I did receive a email tracking number, but had already received the hitch by that time; a minor inconvenience. I would definately recommend them to anyone

Considering these guys had the best price for the hitch and bike carrier I was looking for I did not expect much interms of service. But wow 2 day delivery I was shocked how fast that was. Also install of hitch was spot on with the instructions. The bike carrier, curt 4 bike 2" hitch mount, was easy to assemble but took a bit getting used to the tilt functionality. You have to make sure you losen the stabilizer bolt before trying to remove the pin to tilt or good luck. All in all I hope this product last for some time. Word to the wise put some anti cease on the reciver stability bolt as it was dry in the box and it would suck to have to use the thin little wrench to crack that bolt! Really just toss the provided wrench and use a proper socket style one.

I ordered my stuff thursday night and never received any shipping confirmation before monday, the day I received my package? The reason I don't give a 5 stars is shipping option: I was not there at the time of delivery and Fedex leave the package at the door. I live on a busy street, anybody could have take it. Not a safe way to deliver valuable package.

Product shipped fast and was easy to install

I was able to very easily find what I needed, and complete the order. My only very minor complaint was that outside of the confirmation of the order, I had no further contact prior to delivery, so I really wasn't sure when delivery would happen. (In fact, one of the 2 packages shipped via Purolator arrived within 3 business days, and the other within 4, but the arrival was a complete surprise.) Obviously some sort of a failure to communicate, but it could have been Purolator's problem, for all I know. I haven't even installed the hitch yet, but it appears to be a decent product at a very reasonable price.

Order taken by phone: excellent service. Fast delivery, delivered as instructed, good product, all parts needed for installation came in the box. Some of the instructions from manufacturer were not accurate for my model. Instruction item #4: bumper locator pins did not cause a problem. However, a tab extending down from the underbody of the vehicle blocked access to the nut on one of the 1/2" bolts so a 3/4' socket would could not be used, nor could a torque wrench. It had to be tightened with an open end wrench at an awkward angle. It would help if Curt had researched the issue as to whether this tab could be ground off or perhaps knocked off with a hammer, thereby allowing access with a socket.
