There was a mix up on part of the order, originally part of the order was shipped by FedX and as per tracking was supposed to arrive by FedX, it eventually arrived by Canada Post which I had no tracking information for, thought it was lost in transit, there were no Emails to state the change in the carrier for my partial delivery, the remaining 3 parcels of the order arrived by Purolator to my door with tracking numbers and no problems
