Shopping experience was hassle free but I question the packaging the part was shipped in. Mine was basically wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap which was torn off one end on arrival. Very cheap and didn't provide any real protection. Just more landfill.

Just installed your hitch on my 2014 Outlander SE 4x4 and I found an easier method then you suggest in your installation instructions. Instead of lowering the muffler and the spare tire, remove the spare tire and the spare tire holding bracket and you do not have to touch the muffler and have an enormous amount of room to work. Using this method, I did not have to fish any bolts through either. Great looking hitch. thank you.

Just to let you guys know i recommended your company to Mitsubishi south side of Edmonton on your hitch receiver cause they were so impressed by the look and easy installation of your product compared to the oem hitch receiver from there factory they said they will buy a few of the receiver that i bought threw your company to install them on there 2014 Outlander for their costumers request .
