I ordered a Curt 5th wheel hitch and install kit, and even though the carrier said it was gonna take a week to get to me, a quick call to Hitchweb's customer service revealed that my order was on its way to me that day...4 days from the order being shipped, to my door (and my address is a remote location as well), all items checked and correct...I will definitely ship Hitchweb again, and refer others to the site :)

I ordered a 5th wheel hitch from hitch web . I called first to ask some questions and was answered quickly. It arrived in 4 days not two but I am in rural area seems to be the way stuff gets here. Impressed with free shipping with something this heavy. I also checked out their Facebook page before ordering and found discounts and special offers. Saved another 5% or $35 on my order. Overall very pleased with hitch web .
