One of the best online purchasing experiences I've had. I had several questions up front about the products, and each one was answered fully and promptly. I ordered the hitch and it arrived in less than 48 hours (even though the estimated delivery time on the order confirmation was 5 - 7 days). It fit perfectly, the instruction for DIY were clear and easy to follow. Totally satisfied.

Ordered online very smoothly and received items earlier than we expected in good package condition. The Hitch and cargo carrier did fit our SUV perfectly. Most importantly, the price is lower than I saw on other stores' website.

Excellent experience. The website was easy to navigate and select the right hitch for my car. My hitch arrived the next day. Installation instructions that came with the hitch were a photocopy and bit hard to decifer pictures but the online instructions were clear.

It took two weeks to get the hitch and the box was damaged, but the installation was fairly straightforward and the hitch is super solid and hides away nicely. Overall very happy with my Curt hitch from Hitchweb! Installed on older generation Honda Civic. I would definitely use them again.

Bought hitch and T-connect harness for Nissan Sentra 2016. Had some issues with harness, Hitchweb did not provide support, only 1-800 number to manufacturer. I was expecting at least some knowledge considering the vendor's name. All turned out well, turned out my trailer was not wired correctly.

Order the trailer hitch on line, went very smooth. I am not much of a computer person and was able to do it first try. Have a 95 euro van, the hitch fit in the factory holes with the bumper. Was given all the hard ware to go with hitch. Did the job myself,the old rusty bolts were a little bit of a challenge. The new bolts fit perfectly, I went with the 3 inch euro lift, the trailer is dead even with the van. Plus the rear gate opens without hitting the trailer. The products are of high standards, I could not be more happy with the whole experience. Great price too, saved 250 dollars,the shipping was fast. Thanks so much for great experience, it’s going to be great to have my motorcycle with me when I go travelling. Thanks again Gary.

received the hitch the very next day, a pleasant surprise. the ballmount has a problem in the rise position, the 2 inch ball is touching the bumper leaving no space to attach the trailer to the ball in the drop position, i can attach the trailer but, now the trailer front is slanting down too low i need a ballmount, with a 2.5 inch to 3 inch longer shaft. or perhaps an extension of some kind. thank you. hope you can help remedy this. otherwise, i am quite happy. you do need a person to answer your phone my cell # is (705) 920-1119

Most other reviewers had fast delivery but for some reason mine took over a week. Still not bad for Canada but their delivery map says two days and the same products were carried on Amazon prime for similar prices. Their pre precessing seemed to add to this substantially as I ordered on a Sunday and it wasn't shipped until Wednesday. Regardless the product was a relatively easy install, even with common hand tools and some well rusted in bolts that needed to be removed.

Super fast service. - Super fast service. Hitch arrived two days after ordering. Hitch fit my Golf Sportwagon very accurately and is very neat with only the hitch receiver being visible.

I suggest that with the listings of the hitch and the harnesses, you also list the little cover cap. I had to buy it separately and it cost me much more because of delivery costs. If I had known it did not come with the hitch, I would have ordered it with the hitch, thus saving the delivery costs. Appart from that, everything went very, very smoothly!

I ordered the wrong part not paying attention to what I had purchased, It did not match the rest of the items I had purchased and they caught it. Most company's would just ship but these guys just wanted to be sure that it was correct. If they didn't I would of received the wrong part, thank you hitch web. Ordered a Curt hitch and wiring for my 2013 Sienna, and it arrived a few days later, no problem. On a slightly down note, the hitch was found to have a couple of small scuffed areas that revealed poor paint adhesion (powdercoat) in a few spots. Rather than the hassle of making a claim or returning the hitch, I just sanded the areas down, and applied some rust paint. I don't regard this as a problem with Hitchweb, but something in Curt's processes that others may want to watch for.
