One of the parts received did not fit in conjunction with the other parts received for my vehicle. By the time the other parts had been received, I had recycled the box the part that didn't fit came in. Initially Hitchweb told me that I could only return the part in the original box, but after some back and forth communications they agreed to accept the return of the part in a different new box (for this one time only). I'm pleased that Hitchweb honored their return policy, and I agree that I should have retained the original box until I knew that the part would fit.
