No tracking number was sent to my email. The day I was to contact customer service the courier called to say my order was in. Loomis does not deliver to rural addresses so I had to go to the depot and pick it up. It arrived within 5 days as stated on their website. Good pricing and prompt delivery.

I ordered a brake controller and trailer harness at the last moment ... was picking up a trailer with electric brakes in 1 week. I spoke to a support rep (Sophia) before ordering online to ensure everything was available and to ask for rush delivery. I was assured everything was available but even though rush delivery was not an option she said it would arrive within 5 business days - just in time. The following morning, after ordering online, I received an email saying that the wiring harness was back ordered but that there was another compatible harness in stock. It was more expensive but she offered to send it at no additional charge. Everything arrived on time, installation was a straightforward and I was able to pick up my trailer successfully! Great customer service! Thank you Sophia and Hitchweb!
