I ordered the RV5 hitch extender over the phone because I had some questions concerning my installation and the representative that I talked to was very helpful in explaining that it would work for me, which it did. She told me about the free delivery for the value I was spending and the delivery was real fast, less than a day and a half right to my door. It was built heavier then what I expected. Got it before I got my tracking number. Excellent service and would recommend them to all my friends.
